 Huzhou
Xintian Paper Co., Ltd. of Shenghua Group is a relatively
large enterprise of Zhejiang Province specialized in production
of newsprint. It was established in 1984 on basis of the
former Quanxi General Paper Mill of Deqing County and
was taken over by Shenghua Group in December of 1996.
 With
the fixed assets of 50 million yuan, the Company currently
has 2 production lines for newsprint and 3 production
lines for kraft paper and corrugated cardboard. The annual
output is over 20,000 t and the annual sales income is
over 100 million yuan with profit & tax over 10 million
yuan. The Company has passed ISO9002 quality assurance
system certification. Its products are selling well to
Shanghai city, Jiangsu, Zhejiang Anhui, Jiangxi, Hunan,
Hubei and Henan province etc.
 Presently,
a new project for technical upgrading is under preparation.
After this project realized, the annual output of newsprint
will exceed 100,000 t and the Company will be regarded
as one of the largest newsprint producers in China.

1998: Obtained the title of "Credit of AA grade for
enterprise in 1998" issued by the people's government
of Deqing County
February of 1999: Obtained the title of "Advanced
enterprise of production cost control in 1998" issued
by the people's government of Deqing County
1999: Obtained the title of "Outstanding enterprise"
of Deqing County
2000: Obtained the title of "Credit of AAA grade for
enterprise in 2000"
2000: Obtained the honorary title of "The leading
enterprise in papermaking industry of Deqing County"
2000: Obtained the honorary title of "The advanced
enterprise in production safety of papermaking industry
of Zhejiang Province"
March of 2001: Obtained the honorary title of "The
leading the advanced enterprise in sales income" issued
by Bureau of Civil Affairs of Huzhou City
