       Zhejiang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. of Shenghua Group is located in Wukang Town, the place of the Government of Deqing County. It is a sub-company of Shenghua Group and established with the purpose of restructuring of the industry and increasing capability of capital operation. The Company has fixed assets of 20.80 million yuan and exercises the system of "Responsibilities of the general manager under the guidance of the board of directors". There are Engineering Department, Development Department, Sales Department, administration Department etc. under the Company. The Company currently has a staff of 32, among which 16 with senior or middle professional titles, accounting for 50% of the total staff of the Company. Standing on the market in Deqing County, the Company actively undertakes development and construction of real estate and at the same time extends its business activities to the peripheral areas of Deqing County. At present, the Company is working for the development and construction of the intellectual mini-zone "Shenghua Sunshine Garden", the largest one of this kind in Deqing County.

Brief Introduction to the Project
       "Shenghua Sunshine Garden" is the first phase of the mini-zone project invested and developed by this Company. It is located at the eastside of Yunyou Road and the north side of Guangchangnan Road of Wukang Town. With the total investment of over 70 million yuan, the project occupies 57688 m2 of land and will have total building floor area of 60683 m2. It faces the broad and modern Qianqiu Square with the surface area over 160 mu at its west, adjoins the beautiful Chunhui Park with an area of 300 mu at its north and neighbors with the planned hotel at its east. With the center of Wukang Town moving eastwards, this mini-zone will become the political, cultural, leisure and commercial center of the whole county. This Mini-zone not only has the excellent environment, but also "humanized" planning and engineering. The mini-zone has a special real estate management organ, which practices the intelligent management of the mini-zone.
