The Research & Development Center

The Research & Development Center of Zhejiang Shenghua Biok Biology Co., Ltd. was established in 1999 with an investment of over 30 million RMB and was assessed as a provincial-level research center. At present, it is applying for national standard. The Center occupies an area of 1700 m². There are a microbiological laboratory, analytic and testing laboratories, a pilot plant, synthetic chemical laboratories, comprehensive management department, project section and marketing department. The Center has hundreds of units (sets) of advanced instruments and equipment and formed a technical innovation system from development and culture of strains to process research, engineering equipment augment and process design etc. Significant achievements have been obtained since establishment. The Center has successfully developed over ten new products, e.g. biological medicament with trade name of "Trunk Injection", colistin sulfate, herbicide with trade name of Dicamba. Seven gained awards on terms of Science & Technology Progress at the provincial and local level. Five of these new products have been industrialized and achieved substantial economic benefits.
